I was really disappointed to hear that Erin had left. She was remarkable and took time to really go into detail when I came in for cleaning. I liked her professionalism and personality. Today, I was somewhat disappointed by the Hygenist that filled Erin's place. Compared to Erin, this new person has some pretty big shoes to fill. Dr. Roya Rabbanifard made my first experience a good one! I feel great about how I was treated and look forward to my next visit.
We were given a guaranteed price for a crown for my wife. What a JOKE! Since the crown we were billed for a fluoride treatment that she did not get, that took 2 months to get off the bill. Then we were sent the check from our Insurance Co. because Aspen Dental used a Out of Network Dentist. So we payed what we thought what was the balance. Now we are told we still owe $38.00. Guess there is No guaranteed price! I will be calling our Insurance Co. Follow up on Yelp to come.
My 90 yr old Mother lost her front tooth on her top denture. I called Aspen Dental at 8am on Good Friday and explained the situation. They told me to bring it in and I was able to pick it up a few hours later. They did a beautiful job and the bill was reasonable. I was so impressed I've told everyone I know about your excellent service. Thank you so much. My Mother was so happy with the results.

I had a tooth that had been broke off and had visited a Dentist in Hannibal which they were not able to pull my tooth but which they tried making it worse. I found out about Aspen Dental in Quincy and made an appointment and that was the best appointment I've ever made. The staff was very nice and informative about payments, procedures and after they evaluated me they went ahead and worked me into their schedule for the same day.
