Every time we have went into the office the front desk ladies aren't customer service friendly. Not warm on the phone and easily agitated. Not able to diffuse conflict.

I was there for my cleaning with Hygienist Loretta Knight. She does an awesome job! Keeps my mouth healthy and my teeth sparkling clean.
After numerous "bad" experiences at the Lady Lake, FL office (office personnel are rude, significant billing issues, long waits in waiting room to be seen, etc.), I am happy to report that this office far surpasses Lady Lake in every area.
I have moved to Colorado.
This was by far the worst experience ever. We did have an ins issue due to lack of your office personnel. We over looked it until it was time to leave an had to see what I think you call the financial person. Well her an her gum smacking leg shacking eye rolling was beyond IMMATURE. My experience at the office was fine. In the 3 days since my appointment, I have receive no less than FIVE emails & a text from Aspen Dental. That's too much!
Just wanted my teeth cleaned, that's all. Bad experience. This company would not clean my teeth. They wanted to add several procedures that the insurance company did not cover. Selling me all types of stuff, gels, toothpaste, an Oral-B toothbrush, microbiotic rinses. It was over $300. I Just wanted my teeth cleaned. The stuff they talked about my previous dentist never mentioned. Even this site will not allow a bad experience be posted. And what are the rankings from 1 - 5 mean 1 is good or 5 is good. I have scheduled an appointment on March 14th at 4:30. If you have a cancellation anytime prior to March 14th I would appreciate very much if I could be considered to fill that vacancie. My current dentures are broken and need to be replaced. Thank you for your consideration.
