Last July I contacted Aspen Dental on 41st street for new dentures. Had ajustments made,but still having problems with the fit,chewing,clicking,speech,headaches and facial muscle spasms! I didn't go in again as it was so hard to get in once I had an appointment but still couldn't get in that day. I then in April stopped by Aspen Dental East to make an appointment but to my surprise I got in right away and the proper adjustments were made! All my problems gone!! Happy me!!

Need to let whomever fills a review out how the scale works 1 for great and 5 for poor or the other way around that is how I took it. My experience was very pleasurable with all the doctors technicians and receptionist on every level were as nice as you would ever find and it made a dreaded visit good or maybe even great best dental visit I have ever had and I've been a good bit over the years thanks to all of you keep up the great work

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE OFFICE AND THE WHOLE TEAM WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. I RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FOR A 6-MONTH REVIEW AND I STOPPED BY THE OFFICE AND TOLD THEM THAT I HAD NO PROBLEM AS OF THAT DATE. I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD BE BACK IF ANY PROBLEM DEVELOPED IN THE NEAR FUTURE. I STOPPED BY THE OFFICE ON MARCH 28 AND TOLD THEM THAT THE BOTTOM PLATE WAS A LITTLE LOOSE. I want to say EVERYONE is good when you walk in the door. Of course everyone is nice and helpful. The REAL TEST is time. Did the new CAP perform well? Did you have to go back for any reason? Do you think anything happened that will cost more money? I won't rate anyone till time has passed or else the business can say" you said you were satisfied, you sound confused." I have a notice from Aspen Dental for work done over a year ago and I should not have to pay the balance. I have already paid my share of the cost. This is in reference to Account 1746601. This was for tooth 03, code D2740 Crown porcelain/ceramic zinc. I don't see how you can ask me to pay additional cost on a co-pay of $50.50. I will not be back to continue my dental care. The X-Ray tech and the hygenist that looked at my teeth get 5 stars they were very professional and courteous. However the lady who went over my treatment plan gets -1 stars. In order to complete my treatment my only options were pay up front for some gum disease issue i have. They wont even clean my teeth first. Needlees to say i will find another dentist

This has been my second visit to Aspen Dental. I was highly impressed with the professional style of the hygenist Kelly. She was accurate, kind, very aware of the patient's needs etc. It had been approximately 18 months since my last dental visit. I could not believe the transformation of my teeth. I can not say enough My second visit was with Dr Peterson for preliminary crown work. She explained every step. As we proceeded, she applied additional pain killer .
