Wow! The best ever dentist visit and I am 74. From the front office to x-rays to exam to explanation to treatment - everyone was excellent. Dr. Valdares with exam, Justin with impressions, Terry with with anesthesia, Shannon with accounting - all were caring, professional and fun.
We had been having a really bad experience with dentists over the last several years. Last year we found Aspen Dental of Hiram, Ga. We are thoroughly pleased with the service and courtesy we have gotten. I just picked up a new upper partial. Previous dentists had really messed this partial up, I could barely eat. When I went to get the partial, they told me I would probably have to come back 2-3 times for adjustments. THe most horrible experience in all my years of seeing my son round up in the hospital. Do not go there.

I am writing this review for our son. The staff and the doctor could have not been nicer. They seem to be very caring and had all our questions answered. The doctor came out to talk to us after Mike's firs visit. (He is an adult and had to have 22 teeth extracted. Not married and lives alone) The doctor explained to Mike everything and answered all his questions. Very pleased with everyone. Not sure how your rating works, but hopefully 1 is the best. If not we give the office the highest rating. Not sure how

I went to Aspen Dental because of a broken front tooth. One of many broken and chipped teeth in my mouth. I stopped smiling and laughing because of my ugly smile. I would cover my mouth or turn away to talk to people. I was in tears when speaking to the dentist. He assured me he could help me and the staff worked with me help get this done. My experience was fantastic! Melissa & Jason made me feel very calm as I have a lot of anxiety about going for ANY dental work! They have great skills with the clients making them feel secure about the procedure. Thanks to them, I am confident now with Aspen Dental.
