The staff there are friendly but I'm not happy with how my situation was treated when they tell me they cannot do anything for me except what they wanted to do and that cost 11K then they said my insurance would pay for half but I needed a care credit plan and other thins that would hurt me and my credit if I couldn't afford it, and then let's not forget the come to find out my insurance didn't pay for what they wanted me to do and I went there for a filling and pain in my mouth and I was paying them to do a job and they tol... read more

This star is only because of the wonderful office staff, they are top notch. For my dentist I would not waste my time to even click a star. Her personality is flaccid at best and her work capabilities even worse. I entered that building without the first pain, only a toothe that had lost its filling and was becoming sensitive and have had pain for 2-3 months since I've seen that stupid doctor. I became unable to deal with the pain and made a return appointment requesting to see Dr.Jarrell, which my husband adored by the way.... read more

My mom was forgotten in the waiting room, then the doctor acted like he didn't want to be there
Great visit! Everyone was very nice & Morgan was awesome - very gentle! Dr Jarrett was also very nice. Was happy to hear that I didn't need any dental work :-)
