I went in to have a tooth pulled. Got the free exam x-rays. No complaint on that part. All I wanted was tooth pulled. They tell me I have to go thru all these cleanings, gingivitis treatments, then they would fill my tooth. $1,435 dollars. I mentioned I only wanted tooth pulled again. She then says Dr has left couldn't give me a price in that. But probably between $235-$265. She would call me. I asked her about the $108 special I was offered from calling in as a new patient. This is the worse place ever .the dentist is very rude with you when working on your teeth.my daughter has been going for work on her teeth .and she has had the run around from day one .suppose to got a new Parcial thru all this work .they pulled teeth which was very painful .the dentist didn't care .to tell us today .that the Parcial they was suppose to make her wasn't going to work .after telling her each time they making them.and wasn't .I wouldn't recommend them to a dog. These people have treated my grandmother (a recent widow of a Vietnam Veteran like garbage) She has repeatedly called them cause her teeth do not fit right, and found no help. They have a money back guarantee, but do not honor it. After numerous attempts to get it right, they refuse to do what is right, and continue to jerk around a senior citizen. I've been with Aspen dental since they opened the door in Ashland KY and absolutely loved them ...Long story short moved to Beckley had a tooth extraction which left me me in excruciating pain....a week later they work me in after I go into the office in some serious pain....The issue was still not resolved basically wanted 700.00 to put crowns on 2 teeth...My family and I will NEVER be back to Aspen Dental again!!
Well I waited forever and another woman was taken in front of me and the pregnant dental assistant was overly rude. I can understand hormones but when you work with the public, especially in the medical field there’s no excuse

Well, I have numerous complaints. I paid for a 135$ spin toothbrush that I decided I did not want. Didn’t even take one out of the office. Never got my money back, after been called to their attention a few times! Secondly, I paid a lot of money in that office. The whole time being asked for the total cost up front. My 2 boys had a check up/ X-rays/ cleaning. I was told I would not have another bill. Theirs was supposed to have been took care of. I got a $200 bill in the mail a piece for them! Felt like I was on an assembly line; Walmart owned. Never had to pay before getting worked on, or drilled. Very painful process. Jaw still hurts two days later and the tooth I had a problem with, pain sometimes when chewing, now hurts with all chewing and cold or hot drinks. Do not want to go back to have corrected either. THEY SUCK!
I wen't and had 3 teeth removed and ended up continuously biting my tong I now have a whole in it went back a different detest pulled the last one she was terrible I will never go back. They would not tell me where Dr Jerrold wen't.

My first visit was ok the front staff was very nice and not having to pay for the first or X-rays was good but the dentist herself was very rude didn’t want to address why I was there just wanted me to get a crown and I stated I couldn’t afford a 1000 crown she stated we’ll leave it like it is then I got to think no that’s not right I had to ask her if it could be pulled not the best choice but when it’s unpleas and bothering u cause it broke off u think they would do some well I planned to get it pulled but after thinking a... read more
