I had 2 teeth extracted yesterday and took my prescription to the pharmacy to be filled and was told that the DR didn't sign it.. Really! Luckily the Dalton office corrected it and I got it filled without having to drive back to Chattanooga. Today I went back to the Chattanooga office for my post Op visit and I advised that I wanted to transfer to the Dalton office. First off, they told me to show up 20 minutes early bc I was a new patient. I did and waited outside until 9:50 for them to unlock the door. Then they didn't even take my paperwork which was already filled or until 10:08. Then after an hour and a half they wanted to charge me over $2000 for a full cleaning and round of antibiotics... It's been a little over a year since my last cleaning and my other dentist had nothing negative to say. They are a huge rip off. They scare you into paying!! I'm getting a second opinion. There are several issues with this establishment: Upon my consultation visit whoever had their fingers in my mouth for all of 10 seconds advised "they were comfortable not having the hygienist come in and look at my teeth" How surprised was I that during my teeth cleaning I had extensive periodontal issues and I required a two part cleaning which also included an extra 50$ charge. Went in for exam and of course had to geta filling replaced. Well went through financing and had the filling replaced but my tooth still hurt when I'd chew so I asked about it and was told if it slithered me we'd just stop back by financing and get another one.. Really!? That was last year but will not go back I feel..tooth STILL killing me..

This office completely took advantage of my good dental insurance and tried to tell me I had periodontitis! Haha don't go here for your "free" consultation!

They lie then charge you 3x what you originally signed for. Their dentist made a mistake and has damaged my teeth but wants me to pay 2000$ on top of the supposed 1500$ I owe to fix it. When I came in they said it would be 1 cost. They did xrays and explained all the work to get done. Ran my insurance for the entire cost of ALL procedures and scheduled 5 appts up front leaving me owing 450$. Now I'm done with those 5 appts they did "extra" work all of a sudden and I owe 1000$ plus now I have had pain ever since they did my f... read more

So I had an appointment scheduled and was 15 minutes early just to get a cleaning for them to ask if I can come back tomorrow to do work that was scheduled for today. I am so frustrated right now that I can't begin to explain. How unprofessional! My time means nothing. #HowRude
