RecommendedMy significant other does not have dental insurance, so the price for the exam with X-ray and 3D image is absolutely amazing! Dr. Caldwell explained everything that needs to be done and the treatment coordinator was very helpful. He will definitely be working on the treatment plan to have everything fixed and I also made an appointment for myself next week.

RecommendedI have really bad dental anxiety and hadn't been to the dentist in a long time because of it. Everyone from the office on Shallowford was amazing and helped keep my anxiety at bay at my first appointment yesterday. Definitely recommend.
This place acts like they care about you but when you have a problem your the crazy one and don’t know what your talking about. And when you find out the truth you tell them your unhappy and they want even talk to you. Then except you to pay them more money. They need to be shut down and pay back the money people spent there.

It was very organized. but expect to spend 2-3 hours each visit and they will do everything except what you went in for. You WILL have to come back. The 1st visit is 100 xrays and what you need to do to your teeth. They will spread the visits out and keep you coming. It is a teeth racket.
not affordable was surprised by the cost
I had the worst experience with Aspen. The dental assistants, front desk and office manager are all friendly, caring and knowledgeable. However I don't feel the same about the doctor that did my widom teeth extraction. I feel that he didn't show any empathy with my level of pain. My husband later that evening after my extraction called the emergency line to tell them I was in really bad pain. Aspen Dental is a good place to go get your teeth checked because I went August 13th 2018 for the first time and they saw something in my mouth that I was not aware of and I'm glad they did and it was in the first stage and and I'm glad they caught it because they was able to save my teeth from going bad to worse so if it wasn't for Aspen Dental my teeth will probably be in worse than what it is now so I'm very thankful for Aspen Dental

Worst experience I've ever had! All they care about is your money. No compassion or care for your well-being. I sat there in pain begging for a script for antibiotics for a KNOWN infection and they refused because I wouldn't agree right then to a procedure I didn't have money for.
This place is a scam. I know several people who have made appointment for simple cleaning or a repair, Aspen pressures you to sign a contract for all these high fees and work you don't need or want, Of you don't sign your money away, they refuse to do the simple cleaning. AVOID
