Went in with a toothache Friday June 22 bout 9:30ish at the Aspen dental Shallowford Road Chattanooga TN location and they took my money pulled HALF my tooth but the dentist said it was a clean extraction. Out of a couple of choices..they were the most expensive! Everyone else around 150.00 less for the same cleaning.They made it sound like i needed them..no.I will never be back!!

This place is a complete scam. They told me that my out of pocket expenses would be 989 dollars for a Periodontal cleaning. I checked another dentists office and after reviewing what Aspen did and giving me an exam my out of pocket expenses were 113 dollars. Aspen also greatly exaggerated how bad things were and Insisted that I pay half right there and then in order to schedule the cleaning. This place prays on people that don’t know any better. Wow write the truth about a company on their Facebook page and they call you. You can call and ask to talk to someone because your not satisfied with their work and they disconnect you. Each time you call. I told them back in September I wasn’t happy and no one care after it says if your not happy tell them and they will make you happy. All lies to get you into the door. I called and thought i was scheduling a cleaning for me and my wife since that is what i asked for. We were there for a little over 2 hrs for xrays and exams...no cleanings. We were told by heather that Aspen Dental does not do cleanings on the first appointments. Well maybe the lady shouldve said that when we made the appointments. Will not be returning and will not being referring anyone to this place. Waste of my time to say the least.
I had good experiences with Aspen until this week. I had an appointment with an oral surgeon on Wednesday at 5PM and he never showed up. The appointment was rescheduled for Thursday at 5PM. No one told us by calling us that he wasn’t there yet. I got there at 4:30PM to be there early. He was so late that I didn’t get back for my surgery until 9PM. It was absolutely horrible. Avoid the Shallowford Rd Aspen location. I waited more than two hours for what turned out to be just a consultation because they were short staffed. During my excessive wait I was either ignored by the staff or when I engaged someone they were rude.
