After a visit to this office a year ago I looked for another dentist to have my wisdom teeth extracted. Their pricing brought me back despite Dr. Boling's smug attitude towards me. She did not seem concerned about my experience there or the fact that I was scared to death to have my mouth cut open. I knew she would not be performing the surgery so I went back. Inhumane and unprofessional service ..............
I just went in for a typical cleaning for my teeth. The experience I received from the initial entering to the office was astonishing. The personal Heather & Julia took care of me like a member of their family. I even forgot to ask a questions so I gave them a ring and received detail information and the same amount of service over the phone. I will be going back for future visits if they arouse.
I came in with a broken tooth. Dr. Boling was supposed to be my dentist for the extraction. She starts trying to numb the area. After 2 shots, I tell her that I'm still not numb enough. She threatens that if I think I need more, then I should just go to a surgeon to remove my tooth. So she proceeds to pull my tooth, with me writhing in pain, crying, and struggling. I was not numb. Don't use them they will mess up you up completely!
Had a tooth pulled back in January. The so called dentist that pulled my tooth didn't seem to know what she was doing. It was an upper tooth and she only deadened the outside of my jaw NOT the roof of my mouth. I felt EVERY bit of it. I had tears coming down my face in PAIN. She said, "oh you're just feeling pressure, not pain". I've had a tooth pulled and I know the difference between PAIN and pressure. Well, it's hard for me to really rate this Aspen location as I was FIRED as a patient before I had my first visit! My 34-year-old daughter had a troubling visit where she asked too many questions of Dr. Boling, who finally told her to FIND ANOTHER DENTIST. I went to Aspen dental last year for my first dental check up in (at that time) four years. They would not clean my teeth on the first visit. I went to Aspen because I am a single father and work a lot of overtime and they had Saturday appointments. They told me I had 6 cavities needed a couple of crowns and even with amazing dental insurance said I would owe them around $1500 or so out of pocket.
