I will never return to Aspen, not only was one of the dentist extremely rude but I paid my bill in full with cash that day and still am getting bills every month! I have called several times and been told every time it would be fixed. I'm very mad and annoyed with the incompetence this office has shown.
This place is a complete joke! Waste over 2 hours and don't even get antibiotics for an infected tooth ���

Had to have my tooth drilled out n filled it in. The dentist and her nurse acted like they didn't care when I was in pain. It hurt worse than getting my wisdom teeth cut out. I'll never go back. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to the one off of shallowford.
Normally the staff on the Shallowford Rd office is great, but my last visit was less than stellar. After arriving for my 8:30am appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen for my cleaning.
If I could give a 0, I would. The staff were all very friendly the entire time UNTIL I wasn't approved for financing. I made my appointment due to some tooth pain I was experiencing. I have a friend that works in the dentist industry that advised I needed some antibiotics with the symptoms I was having however her office was booked. Had 6 teeth pulled and only got prescribed 10, 5 mg hydrocodone..Still in pain as of now..The staff was ok but could have been better..Spent over $800 they're gonna have to do something .I will Never go back there again and wouldn't recommend anyone I know to go there..There service Really Sucks and so does the Dentists
Can't get dentures that I can actually chew with. For some reason they won't put molers in the dentures I can't chew without teeth in the very back. I have requested a refund.
