The staff was very friendly and the Dr. was very nice, but your prices was about $2000.00 higher than you competitor. for the same set of teeth.

I had a guy dentist and I don't think he numbed me enough and he wiggled my tooth to much instead of just pulling it out fast. I will only go from now on if the female dentist is there. I will probably end up saving up to be put to sleep though cause I can't handle the pain . Ashley knows how to get teeth out fast and she's the only one I trust. Was shocked after being told I was there for a cleaning at 241.00.i thought I was just getting impression made and got a bill for $241.00 after paying almost $6000.00

My mom was scheduled to have several teeth pulled. She was notified 6:10pm the NIGHT before she had an appointment at 8:30am the next morning that her appointment had been cancelled. They offered to reschedule for a month later ONCE they knew when the oral surgeon would be Available for September, but could not guarantee the appointment wouldn't be cancelled again. I'm sure they're not concerned about keeping the appointment as they have already financed her dental work. WORST PLACE EVER.

Aspen told me I needed $3000 worth of work done, including a gum treatment and a crown. I got a second opinion at a private practice, I don't even have gingivitis and don't need a crown! I can fix my tooth with a filling, saving almost $1000! I also got billed for $330 when I didn't have aspen do ANY work at all. My new dentist quoted me $1100 and asked "how in the world did you end up at aspen?" Bc I'm an idiot, obviously. Dentists at aspen are often employed there bc they can't get hired at a private private and will sell ... read more

I am sixty three years old and have had many teeth pulled but this was the worse experience I've ever had. They spent 2 hrs of trying to sale me &4800.00 of dental work. I had a severe toothache and that was my purpose for being there. I wouldn't commit to their doing my dental work and that's when all the niceness ended and on to pull the tooth. I want here back in March, had to have all my upper teeth pulled and 2 bottom ones, got a denture the same day, they gave me medicine that wouldn't touch my pain, and said to take ibuprofen... Which I did, ended up in the er because I was taking to much along with the pain medicine that had ibuprofen in it. I told them and they said well keep taking it... Now I went back in because my denture still hurt me and they did a soft reline, now my denture doesn't fit at all, made me gag, falls out and STILL hurts! Y'all are a joke,... read more
