Bad experience! very expensive; even wrote a new sonicare toothbrush into the bill without telling us. Would not work with is on our idea of treatment plan. Go somewhere else!

Went in for a free exam because I had lost my insurance and hadn't been to a dentist in awhile. I was shocked when they told me I had 3 cavities, as I had never had any in my life. They said two might remineralize but the third one had no chance to do so. I decided to go to my old dentist and get a second opinion and lo and behold I did not have any cavities, no thin spots or anything! This is malpractice and fraud as far as I can tell.

I have been to Aspen Dental twice in the last six months. Insurance processing and verification is excellent as you should expect. One of the two front desk personnel could use a bit of customer service updating but job was done correctly. The cleaning was A-1 with good patient interaction and feedback. Now for the negative. I DID NOT see a dentist for a checkup. NO dentist even looked in on the cleaning. My insurance indicates that this should have been provided as a part of the cleaning. Very disappointed. Went through several dentists in a 2 month period at this office. Note of them seemed to be experienced. After lots of pain I went to another dentists office

Save yourself the time. We finally went to another place and have found the service much better. My kids had complained about the x-ray pads' hurting. New place put padding on them. Wife had problems with records. New place none. Some equipment broke here and they sent my wife home half completed and with extra pain medication. I even called the "new place" that day and they offered to get her in that day. I won't put where we went because I don't want anyone to think this is a plug for another place. Never, ever, EVER go to Aspen Dental. TL:DR; they wasted her prescriptions, have no consistent answers, & the owner is extremely rude. My girlfriend came in to Aspen Dental. She doesn't have insurance, so the free xray & etc. were a lure for her. She didn't end up getting her beginning patient exam because of issues with her teeth. They gave her a date to have the tooth that was causing the most issues extracted. They prescribed her ibuprofen for the swelling and amoxicillin for the infection. By far the worst patient care. No pain reliefe for 3 weeks. Prepaid for everything. Even with being early to office, sat and waited over 4 hours total for 2 appointments. Supposed to have all proceedured done in one visit. Surprise! vDentist never showed up! Given minimal pain reliefe, got dry socket, told they were triple booked so nonpain reliefe for dry socket. it took 19 days to get what was supposed to be done in one visit. Worst pain of my life. Not one apology from them for their mistakes. Never ever again.
