I do not recommend them. I had to replace a crown they installed in fewer than four years. My experience in their office was a series of unfortunate events; I only hung in because I had insurance that covered it but then found a new dentist. The crown Aspen installed came loose and turns out it had been over-cemented, then ground down to compensate, and had holes in the bite surface. This is the worse customer service I have experienced in my entire life! It all started last year September 2021 when I was advised that I need to remove my three front teeth, one that had a root canal that never needed to be extracted I did it anyway in the process a filling beside one of the tooth came out because they had to fight to remove the tooth that had the root canal I had before and after picture they then decide to put the filling back in because I was in the office crying because no one was even looking at me. After thousands of dollars of work, when they were finished, I was left unable to eat on either side of my mouth. They refused to fix what they had done, so I had to survive by pushing food against my front teeth with my tongue. I can't afford a lawyer to sue them, and nobody will prosecute, so I was left with the damage.

Don't go there. They try to scam you by scaring you into a treatment and require payment before scheduling. Get a second opinion if you go there.

I thank Garlen/Customer Service for his help, Michell'e help & ALL my records sent to me. Unfortunately, your practice has horrible reviews since Dr. Garnache left & this IS a racket! Aspen, just thinking about that half done 20 min. excuse for a periodontal maintenance, & hygienist's arrogance, makes me sick & it makes me sicker to read what Aspen, not only Eugene, is gauging people. First impression, super nice and professional. I loved the woman that did my X-rays. She was very kind, warned me that some positions may be uncomfortable, and said that if I need to take it out for a break I'm more than welcome to. She was amazing and I wish I remembered her name. After X-rays, I was taken to one of the stations for their exams or whatever. Went in for initial consultation which I was told there be would no out of pocket charge w my insurance. That was not the case. I understood I would have to come back at a later date for a cleaning, but they wanted to charge an additional 600+ on top of what my insurance would cover. I had no cavities and just wanted a basic cleaning.

I originally went into Aspen Dental to have dentures made and they went through the process and made me a pair of dentures that did not fit and after a while they said you're right we need to make another set so they made a second set which also did not work right. They ground them down several times and basically said I should use glue to hold them in. Bad bad bad. I did sign up for the loan they offered and ended up paying 1000 dollars for a cleaning of the lower teeth, not upper, and electric toothbrush. The loan company keeps charging me extra.
