They charged me $1000 for service they have not even preformed. Super shady of them. bold move. could cost someone a job. I will be filling a complaint with consumer financial protection bureau. I guarantee that.

I sat in the chair waiting for my teeth to be cleaned longer then the actual cleaning. The hygienist kept leaving to "help another patient" while I'm left sitting there for 20 minutes. When I make an appointment and pay money isn't it MY time.

Stop recommending unnecessary procedures. I want to start with saying that I'm an avid dental patient and have pretty religiously gone 2x/year since I've had teeth. I went to Aspen with some hesitation already, due to the size of the organization as I typically go to small offices, but I've been traveling for work and needed a cleaning away from home. I went to Aspen after my dental insurance changed. I thought I’d give them a try because they have pretty decent ratings. The entire experience was very weird and I had this feeling the entire time that they were going to give me a sales pitch. I was correct. After taking more xrays then I’ve ever had in my life combined, and staring at the same poster about periodontal disease in every room, sure enough the hygienist diagnosed me (yes the hygienist not the dentist) with periodontal disease before even looking in my mouth. I was treated HORRIBLY today when I went in! I have been putting off going to the dentist and have major anxiety. I got there and 2 elderly people ahead of me BOTH were complaining about being charged additionally for services they thought were included in the $900+ & $4000+ that they had already paid. The assistant came out and called my name and I went back and started tearing up because I am so anxious. The assistant didn't offer any kind of comfort at ALL. I went to Aspen dental at the beginning of March (this month). I was told I had 6 cavities and was in the early stages of Pre-gum disease so I would need a special cleaning that scrapes the plague from under the gums and 6 fillings. All this work would be $4,000 since I currently do not have dental coverage! ...... I decided to get a second opinion since I'm new to the area and practice good oral care. Be more honest and up front about charges, rather than billing you after being told there would be no charge and after you left the office
