Have a credit. Won't return my money. I guess my insurance was too confusing so I needed to pay full price up front. Then they would have a credit on my account. After a bad experience on my scheduling of a service I simply asked for my credit. Over a month later. Still waiting. No response or returned messages.

If you need to see a dentist do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They sell a bill of goods and under deliver. I would never recommend this office to anyone I cared about.

I wanted a dentist as I had moved to Eugene, OR. from out of state. I saw good reviews and made an appt. I'd hoped for a cleaning after the exam and x-rays that were done. What I got was a scare about the state of my dental hygiene. No teeth cleaning. I was shown their wonderful electric toothbrush for $135. Told I had "moderate to severe periodontal disease" and my gums were receding badly. I would need to use special medication immediately (4 times a year!) I went to the office in hyannis. I had a tooth break prior to traveling out of town. They did a full exam and perio exam, along with filing the tooth down. I called to schedule a follow up visit to fill a couple of cavities. I have two types of dental insurance and decided to use the better insurance for the cleanings and perio. I've never written a yelp review before, but after getting a second opinion at a different dentist, I felt I had to share. I want to start with saying that I'm an avid dental patient and have pretty religiously gone 2x/year since I've had teeth. I attempted to schedule a teeth cleaning after my consultation but everyone in this office failed to schedule a simple teeth cleaning because I was forced to do periodontal treatments first. I refused this treatment and suggestion because it was unnecessary. I got a second/third & fourth opinion from another dentists in the area and it turns out, the diagnosis at Aspen was bullshit, I do NOT need periodontal treatments and you guys failed me. I would definitely NOT recomend Aspen dental. I was a patient years ago, and ended up being recommended unnecessary extra cleanings and treatments, went back again recently after my insurance changed and had a similarly negative experience. The office never seemed to have it together.. either computers are down, the staff is complaining of being short staffed that day, or some other issue pops up. This place lies to you and takes advantage of you. DON'T TRUST THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS. They told me that I had moderate periodontitis- where you lose bone density and your teeth start loosening. (They went through each of my teeth and pushed down on them to see if they were loose). The treatment plan they gave me was going to cost $2,160 out of pocket because I am a student and I don't have dental insurance- which I told them at the beginning of the appointment. I don't usually leave bad reviews but my experience here was... conflicting. Upon arrival I got there about 20 minutes early, since they made it clear that's what they prefer new patients to do.
