Got me right in as a walk in/new patient. They were very friendly. Everyone explained everything they were doing and introduced me to whom ever came to see me.
This place has a amazing dentist and crew.. treated me sooo nice... would recommend to everyone..
Many of my friends know my teeth are not the best Aspen dental has really made it easier for me to actually do something about it. They are time efficient i personally wouldnt go anywhere else for my dental work. John the office manager is really one of the best makes you feel welcome and also makes you feel like they really do care. I highly recommend Aspen dental.
Overpriced and very corporate. I would not recommend this dental business. Tried to sell me everything plus required a $1200 deposit on my credit card before even beginning treatment.
I had to replace a crown within four years of Aspen installing it. When I first went to them I was new in Eugene and had dental insurance and that was who they covered. It was not a good experience - from the hygienist pressing me for a 5-star review, to the messy person who did the impressions and kept apologizing for how she’s always a mess, to the dentist who seemed unsure during the crown install - so I finished it out to use the insurance and promptly found a new dentist. The dentist are great! Tha staff in the back are OK. The front 9ffice staff and manager are another story. The front desk told me they would call me back (this has happened at least 6 times and than they never call back, NOT once. The last person was Erin in Springfield Oregon office. She said she would call back the next day. Of course she didn't. When I called them she was on vacation! This was the next day! Recommendedit's been two years since I have had both my dentures done. When they did the top ones most of the procedure went pretty smoothly, but one of of my teeth broke and I swallowed part of.that tooth and now two years later, Suddenly, I have a tooth coming out on my back upper gums, where that tooth broke. its not a small fragment. it's a part of a tooth. I hate to be negative but -- Eugene Aspen Dental. Not very well managed -- kind of the Jiffy Lube of dentists. This office is always insanely busy. I had 8 teeth pulled by a real dentist here and fitted with my first upper denture. Extensive process. Very painful. I had a quick check up the day after with a very nice technician to make sure I wasn't bleeding to death. A slight adjustment was made for a very painful raw spot on my gum.
