Its a joke unless you're getting your teeth removed don't go there! They were great the first time. The second time it was all about how fast they could get me referred to another doctor after I spent the majority of the appointment sitting in a chair waiting for the dentist to see me. The third time is when the nightmare began. I was coming in to get my crowns fitted. Came in for my second appointment. They sent me tons of reminder emails and texts leading up to the apt. I confirmed it and showed up to be told the person I was scheduled with no longer works there. Professionally speaking my schedule is important the same as yours. This is extremely frustrating.

CROOKS, CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BLIND STAY AWAY! Filing a complaint with Oregon State Board of Dentistry & BBB! AND THEY DON'T HONOR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE EITHER! When my wife started the process in Sept 2016 we were told that dentures would be $5600.00 including teeth extractions & our insurance would cover roughly $3000 We would finance the rest with payments. I liked the hygienist and dentists, but I ultimately left because the office staff was incompetent. They incorrectly billed my insurance more than once and would often bill me for work I had already paid for upon completion. At one point, a newly hired office employee called me and asked if I still worked for [name of company] and it literally only shared a first letter with my company, even though I had given the office staff a copy of my insurance card with the company name on it. I have been a patient since April of 2016. I am satisfied with the care I get from the doctors, their assistants and the hygienist. With that said, the wait time to see them, even with an appointment, is excessive. On appointment days I have received calls from them asking me to come in early (due to a cancellation), just to wait past my originally scheduled appointment time. I have referred multiple people to this office only to discover they are experiencing the same issues with ridiculous wait times. I will not ... read more

I had an appointment on Monday 2-1-2016 to get my free exam and to try to get a broken tooth looked at and to see how much it would cost to have a crown put on that tooth. Well the exam went well everyone was very nice, but after the exam I was taken to the consultation room where they told me what needs to be done and how much I would have to pay for these services. JUST DO NOT GO HERE. It is a mess from top to bottom. Billing is ridiculous, they made us bill our own insurance and when we ask for the proper paperwork needed to send to the insurance, the lady just said I don't know if this is what you need... Nonchalantly. They almost drilled into the wrong tooth in my daughters mouth, the dentist looked shocked, looked back and forth at the papers then back at her mouth and said "I almost drilled the wrong tooth! Low quality dental work. Unprofessional employees. They say you don't need insurance but watch out they will get you to sign up for a unethical credit card company with rates over 20 percent. They forgot to bill me so I missed a payment so my bill was sent to a collection company. In over 50 years I've never not paid a bill on time. Their business office is deplorable. I waited 40 minutes to talk to their business manager and when he was off the phone he came out told me he was going to lunch. Too bad. They say they will o... read more
