Incompetent, overpriced, untrustworthy and doesn't not honor money back garantee! Been duped! Stay away if you know what is good for you! They don't use nitrous for pain, only Novocain. Which is horrible. I've never had a dentist that didn't offer the laughing gas. Terrible billing policy, I was charged up front, for 4 months worth of work. When I got insurance, and was supposed to get a refund, other random charges appeared & I was not adequately credited. I am terrified of dentists. The people were nice but they really dropped the ball on follow up. The dentist didn't sign my prescription which was a big hassle. Her office forgot to send my x-rays to the periodontist so I had to go back twice..... They also take three weeks to do. a crown. My previous dentist in one day. And....they don't have gas to put you out. Not a great time.
Just didn't like all the texts, phone calls and emails I received reminding me of my appointment date and time. They must have confused me with someone else that was a no show or late! I don't like the ultra sonic water pic they use, seems to do more harm on my teeth. Leaves gaps between my teeth. Maybe it's just me. I'll let them know next time. I always get treated nicely.
Never to return!!! It took three visits for a chipped tooth; poor customer service; too "corporate" like and would rather work with a local, private office. I would request that they stop sending text messages and direct mail asking for my business. I am extremely happy with my new dentist and his staff.
While the people working at the local office are quite nice, the over-booking created an issue with me getting to see the promised, but not present, hygienist. Also, once my rather "Assembly Line" free appointment was finished, I got brought in to speak with their Finance Manager...REALLY??
