Be careful all who seek treatment at this dental facility. My wife fell thanksgiving day and broke her front teeth in half, we called aspen dental and got her in there and they said we don't take ohp so we had to pay outta pocket. Well I put $100.00 down as a deposit since they said the only thing is to pull the 2 front teeth and put a retainer with 2 fake teeth in. $6800.00 bill. Wish I could give 0 stars. My wife went here for the first time for a routine catch up and cleaning because they advertised "extra savings potentials" When she got done with her appointment they told her she had gum disease and 5 cavities, worked up a quote for how much all that would cost and even with our insurance it was over 1000$ and on top of all that they immediately pushed a 130$ toothbrush they wanted us to buy from them. I went into Aspen and knew that I had a few cavities from a dentist appointment before. They said that I had many more cavities than the few I knew about and suggested I pay ahead of time. I ended up paying quite a bit of money and scheduled an appointment for a week later. When I came in to get them filled, they said that a few of them wouldn't needed to be filled. Disappointed. They kept pushing me to buy this electric toothbrush they have in stock and kept putting off telling me the price until they ran the cars. $135 for a frigging toothbrush!!! They assured me beforehand they had a huge discount on it and it was a great deal, cheaper than amazon. Well amazon had it for $40 cheaper! I will never go back here.

The people at the Aspen Dental call center must have some pretty stringent sales criteria, because when they told me they don't accept Oregon Health Plan, I was encouraged to make an appointment anyway (since they're currently waiving new client's first appointment fees). Then I have to drive all the way down there to find out that they can't give any kind of dental assistance to people on OHP. Three years ago I went to Aspen Dental for an annual checkup. I generally have good teeth and take good care of them. Aspen dental at that time was offering free xrays, and checking. My teeth were perfect, which apparently means they don't make any money off patients like me with excellent teeth. Its a joke unless you're getting your teeth removed don't go there! They were great the first time. The second time it was all about how fast they could get me referred to another doctor after I spent the majority of the appointment sitting in a chair waiting for the dentist to see me. The third time is when the nightmare began. I was coming in to get my crowns fitted. Came in for my second appointment. They sent me tons of reminder emails and texts leading up to the apt. I confirmed it and showed up to be told the person I was scheduled with no longer works there. Professionally speaking my schedule is important the same as yours. This is extremely frustrating.

CROOKS, CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BLIND STAY AWAY! Filing a complaint with Oregon State Board of Dentistry & BBB! AND THEY DON'T HONOR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE EITHER!
