BIG rip off. I have no dental insurance so I made an appointment with this company. I saw three different people during my "free" initial exam. Then ushered into the "manager's" office where I was presented with ONE treatment plan that was to cost me over $3,000 ... no other alternatives ... big business with lots of overhead and HUGE COST to patient. Go to a real dentist, not here.

Came in had all the x-rays and exam and was told they would call me with a price. Been over a week and still waiting for their call! Guess they don't need another patient, I'm sure there's is others that do.
The dentist did not introduce himself and he was extremely rude. The chair side TV monitors with third party paid ads is annoying and unprofessional. I would never use or recommend Aspen to anyone.
A YEAR after services performed this office cannot seem to get the proper information to our dental insurance in order to file a claim. They owe us money due to an overpayment and will not pay us back until it goes through insurance. It's turning into a he-said/she-said between them and our insurance. (We've never had an issue with our insurance company before.) A patient shouldn't have to fight this much to get paid back what is due! Only reason why I'm giving this 2 stars is because the dentist had zero people skills and I just felt uncomfortable. I have major anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and this guy wasn't helpful at all. I saw Dr. Park by the way. Other than that, everything was great.

Everyone is extra friendly but they treat you like you have all the time and money in the world. Not too long ago, they tricked me into coming there when I needed emergency service knowing they only planned on giving me an initial exam on the visit. If they hadn't mislead me I could have found someone else to address my emergency that day. They didn't even follow up to finish the work. Found cheaper service later that didn't try to lock me into spending another 1000.
