went in to have a tooth pulled and was put i to a room with a finance person for work to be done in the next 10 appointments they want to do! when i called they told me 125.00 to pull the tooth cause my husbands a veteran. 5600.00 later is what they want and had no idea about the amount that was given to me to pull the tooth. WHAT A SCAM! BEWARE!
It took 4 days to get in for an emergency. the dentist was far too aggressive, paid little or no attention to anything I told her and had no consideration for my pain. I would never go back to this office.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! I came to Aspen to get 2 implants, but because I couldn't spend $27,000 on all the things "THEY" would rather do, the dentist said " WE CAN'T HELP YOU"

Terrible and irresponsible dental practice. Tell you you have cavities and next appointment tell you everything is fine. Waited over two hours past appointment time to be seen. No apologies, nothing. Won't even release our records so we can go to another dentist. Place should be closed down.
RecommendedThe care my husband has needed for over two years. Veterans Admin refused to treat his emergency mouth infection. VA refused to remove that bad teeth. Aspen Dental took our insurance, and we paid nothing for his oral surgery. They took care of him right away.

Communicate better with patient. Don't say ,"the Dr. will be right with you" when he doesn't ever arrive, nor anyone to advise of when he/she will. Reception/Office work on human relationships/tone of voice. We will never recommend this dental facility.
RecommendedI had a wisdom tooth break apart on me leaving me in serious pain. I called around and got prices of $500+ and every one of them said sedation was a must. I finally called Aspen. They got me in same day and plucked this bad boy right out. The tooth itself was a real problem. The Novocaine was hardly working on the tooth and she gave me the choice to move forward with the extraction or try again on another day. I told her just do it. Terrible denstists and office staff. I paid for a crown in August and still do not have one.Horrible people and terrible service!
Stay away from this place! They have no integrity! I went to have two new plates made! I was quoted a price. As always, we sign whatever we have to to get our work done. My insurance was through the military (retired after 41 years of service). After over $3000 and the work was completed, I found out they over charged me $174 as the negotiated price between the military insurance and Aspen dental.
