Very unhappy with the service. My husband got dentures. It took much longer than their estimate. The dentures do not fit correctly and there is no Appointment available until January 14. They said he could come in as a walk-in but would have to wait an hour to an hour and a half. I think this is not an unreasonable amount of time for someone to have to wait in order to get Dentures probably fitted. I would not recommend this facility.

After 3.5 hrs I left- rude people never in my life have I ever been in a dental office that long-left without officially seeing the dentist - was tired and hungry-hope my infection in my tooth doesn’t leave me sick -just take Tylenol and ibuprofen-was what I was told didn’t need a appointment for that -next year I got appointment -I will b going to a DIFFERENT PLACE

Very poor service with long wait times.
I was very disappointed with the Doctor at the Inverness office. I went in only to get a Partial Denture but it seemed like the Doctor was more interested in up-selling me more expensive procedures and products than to take into consideration what I was actually there for. She was trying to convince me that my best option was to extract the remaining 10 teeth that I had on my bottom jaw and then to sell me a FULL DENTURE! That is totally out of the question for me. On Friday, 11-9-18 I had an 8:15 AM appointment with Aspen Dental of Inverness Fl, the sole purpose of which was to have a molar tooth extracted which had also lost it's filling. It was causing me considerable pain as well as drastically inhibiting my ability to eat and drink. I had previously been advised that if /when this tooth broke or the filling came out it would be unsalvageable. Illegal practice. Stay away from this illegal corporate chain that stayed afloat after it lost a 1.7 million dollar class action lawsuit.
Went in for fillings and came out with lockjaw. Called them about my problem and they wanted to charge me to look at it. What?? You jack me up and then want to charge me? I had high hopes about Aspen Dental. Thing long and hard before using these guys.

My fiance had a tooth ache and we went in as a walk in. First appt was fine, got all the appts set up to proceed with the crappy female dentist to pull all of his teeth and make him dentures. Before day of extraction they changed the extraction date and never bothered to check with us to see if the new appt would work for us and he only found out 2 days before the new appt when he went in for impressions.
