I was in the office on Wednesday, and waiting on a call back, which is unacceptable to me, but maybe today!
too expensive for non insurance customers. will go somewhere else at 50% less
First appointment made was changed after we found out that they closed 30 min after appt so nothing could be done. At second appt price quoted was not correct price did not apply, told us we spoke to appt center and not their office. Warranty for denture under $1000.00 was 6 months. Not going to use them.

My first visit was very pleasant and was free. I needed to get a chipped tooth fixed then receptionist said I couldn't get an appointment until the end of January. Then the office manager said I had to get my teeth cleaned first which wouldn't be until April then I can get my tooth fixed.
I been nervous about dentist things for long time, but I think in the end is going to be ok
Still waiting for estimate and appointment for cleaning. Playing phone tag with Jessica at Inverness office. Just send me the estimate. I've been waiting a month and am tired of playing phone tag.

They got the equipment to find every little problem with your teeth. I was quoted very high prices for me and my wife.
I had a 8 o'clock appointment the first one of the morning thinking that at eight I would get in and seen they didn't take me back there till 825. Not a very good start put me on edge with an attitude . Which when the girl the technician took me back I knew she could feel my tension I don't like starting off that way. I can understand if I had the second appointment and the person before me was late or something but this was unacceptable.

i had a bad experience right from the start. the receptionist at the Inverness , Florida office needs to take a course on pleasantness and how to treat a customer. She is rude, impatient and takes things personally so you have to wait while she decides whether or not she will talk to you after an hour sitting there, I ask her how long it will be and she says " you don't have an appointment sooo....... " i asked to make an appt. ( just wanted to pick up my dentures ) she pretended to look through the computer for 10 minutes... read more
