After a very bad experience, corporate communicated with me regarding my first experience. They assured me that I would not experience that again. I made an appointment and decided to at least give them a shot at evaluating my needs. After all a $10,000 estimate for a treatment plan at another establishment, that did NOT involve implants, what could I lose to give them a shot? I was not disappointed. I called as a new patient in great pain. I had to wait over a month for an apt. I have insurance that limits my options. The day of my apt. they had had an acrylic spill causing a toxic odor and respiratory issues. They should have closed the office. I stayed because of my toothache which turned out to be two abscessed teeth. I was clear with the dentist I had no desire for a partial or anything other than extractions. Entered in the office on 04/17/2017. I had a tooth snapped in half, exposing the nerve. I asked for an appointment and was queried as to whether I was an existing patient. When I replied no, she told me that new patients were being scheduled for the end of MAY!!!!! What they did not know is that I need extensive work and have cash to pay for it! The work was great - but I waited approx. 1 hours beyond my appointment time. Very disappointed in this.
tried to see this office in AM today, receptionist had to finish private conversation, I explained I had an emergency was told I might get seen but problem would not be addresses would have to return at a later date. No customer service or care here, will not return.
It started off negatively. I was told to be there at 9:15 for sure to fill out paper so I would be ready at 9:30 for my appointment. I did not get called on till 10:20 AM . The other question I have is the way they figure insurance. A patient is offered a cheaper rate as they are having a special, but if they are get paid by insurance company they charge a huge amount more. The patient ends up paying almost the same amount and the company makes a huge amount of money. It doesn't seem fair to me.
My husband has lost his lower denture.partial & wanted a new one. We saw ads for Dentures starting @ $399 ..well ..he was quoted between $1,000 & $1,700...SORRY we have No Ins & live on S/S..NoWay we can handle that...Where are the $399's???
