I was planning to make an appointment because y'all take my insurance. But the day I planned to call a friends husband had a bad experience there. So I thought I would wait and see what came of the mistake that was made. After hearing how much pain he was in and still in, and the wrong tooth being filled and now needing a crown on a tooth that was fine before they touched it. I've decided this is a buyer beware business. I believe I'll be going somewhere else.
These people did a horrible job on my teeth! They made me feel uncomfortable and were so rude! I was in pain for dayyyyys still after seeing them. All they care about is to get people in and out. Horrible
I'm really unsure why this business is even open! It's sad when I wouldn't even recommend my dog to be seen there! Will be reporting to higher authorities!
I would give no stars if I could. Very rude, unprofessional staff. Went in for dental work, and not only did they screw that up, but they did it on the wrong tooth! Then expected me to pay for it! Then made rude comments to me because of how upset I was. Will never step foot in this office again.
Never will I spend money at this office. They cause more damage to your teeth than you had on the first visit. Then expect you to pay for there mess up. They also write stuff in medical records that doesn't pertain to you as a patient. Very highly NOT recommended.
This place is horrible. They cause more damage than good. Want to charge you for their mistakes, and have the nerve to get mad if you ask for your record to go elsewhere. Oh, and heaven forbid you leave a bad review on facebook. . . That too, will go in your records before they release them to you! Horrible horrible business practices all around!
If I could rate no stars I would. Being someone who works in the dental field this has to be the most unprofessional, money hungry office I have ever ran across. If you call be prepared to have to deal with rude attitudes and being rushed over the phone. And if you're brace enough to go in for work we'll expect to sit there for 3-5 hours before being seen and be prepared to play devils advocate with your mouth because the possibility of them doing work that's NOT needed just to make more money is HIGHLY possible and the poss... read more
