Horrible. Tried to sneak in a $130 toothbrush on my bill without telling me. Also, told me they had run my insurance and that certain procedures would be covered, but hen I get a bill saying that insurance didn't cover it. I do not trust this company. I have never had such an experience at any other dental office.

This place is a joke. Made an appointment online and even went through the hassle of calling the clinic to make sure that it was all set up. Appointment time was at 3:45 and at 1:15 they called and said that because their online doesn't always work because of the delay between bookings online and over the phone!! BULLSHIT cause a call was placed right after and the idiot on the other end the phone sitting in YOUR office confirmed it. The staff was very friendly but that's about it. I went in January with a tooth that had a big crater cavity that needed to be fixed ASAP. Didn't have the money to pay up front to schedule the appointment. 2 hard inquiries were put on my credit score that day for less than $200 (which I was denied).
