Horrible. Tried to sneak in a $130 toothbrush on my bill without telling me. Also, told me they had run my insurance and that certain procedures would be covered, but hen I get a bill saying that insurance didn't cover it. I do not trust this company. I have never had such an experience at any other dental office.

This place is a joke. Made an appointment online and even went through the hassle of calling the clinic to make sure that it was all set up. Appointment time was at 3:45 and at 1:15 they called and said that because their online doesn't always work because of the delay between bookings online and over the phone!! BULLSHIT cause a call was placed right after and the idiot on the other end the phone sitting in YOUR office confirmed it. Did not like the payment policy. Required to pay entire cost for work that is going to take numerous visits1
The staff was very friendly but that's about it. I went in January with a tooth that had a big crater cavity that needed to be fixed ASAP. Didn't have the money to pay up front to schedule the appointment. 2 hard inquiries were put on my credit score that day for less than $200 (which I was denied).
