My boyfriend went in for an exam because he needed to have a couple teeth pulled. In addition to having to pay for his first exam, he had to pay in advance to even schedule the extraction appointment for his broken tooth that was causing him the most pain. When the time came to pull the tooth that was broken, they refused to pull it! Instead they pulled another tooth that wasn't to be pulled until a later date. Disgusting. Told receptionist on the phone that I wanted a new liner for dentures purchased there. 2 was later got a 3:30 apt. Got there, waited til apron 4 , got to the chair, waited til 4:30. Saw dentist for 3 min and was told to schedule a second apt to get the liner as it was too late in the day. I drive an hour to get there. I walked out and will not go back again.

I had teeth pulled over a month ago and I just pulled a good sized bone chip out and now the spot I had teeth removed is bleeding again! After all day of it stabbing my cheek I had enough and pulled it out myself instead of returning to this dentist.

I will NEVER use Aspen Dental again or refer anyone there! My first visit as a new patient I was told even with my appointment I may have a long wait and not be seen on time because walkin emergencies and surgeries come first. While I understand the importance of this they should have a better system and coverage to allow myself the same customer service! During my first visit they only completed exam and xrays even though I specifically asked to add my cleaning on because of time off work. They would not accommodate. And wh... read more

Had to have an infected wisdom tooth extracted, when I asked about an antibiotic I was told once the tooth is out the infection will clear itself out. The Dr I had (Dr Feilen) was actually amazing, down to earth very personable & great sense of humor. She numbed the area & tooth was out in under 2 minutes! Then I was also told I would not need any pain meds that ibuprofen and Tylenol would be enough. IT WASN'T!!! Terrible place!!! Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. My husband had to go here because it was one of the only dentist in our plan open on Fridays, and that's the only day that works with his schedule. First visit took FOREVER! The wait time was ridiculous. He didn't even get treatment. It was just and exam and x-rays. Then as he was leaving he went over a treatment plan and figured out cost. First and foremost, I had to inform the dentist which tooth was being worked on because they didn't know. She clearly didn't review my x-rays or anything of that sort. Once the procedure commenced, she kept getting interrupted and she seemed rushed. (My appointment was drastically behind schedule because of another appointment running over, they wanted me to come back another time but I couldn't because of work and I was in extreme tooth pain).
