Sadly I can’t recommend them. Last month I had an appointment. Was set for early morning so I wouldn’t miss a day of work. They called the day before to move it back two hours, I now lost a full day of work. When I arrived I was told I would not be seeing the dentist today because of a computer glitch. I was also told they would call me to reschedule soon. I’m still waiting for that call.

RecommendedI was really disappointed when I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and person at desk said I didn’t have an appt. It took 8 phone calls to get anyone to answer the phone! Their records showed they should call me and reschedule, but I didnt receive any calls. Thankfully they made room for me because to me a front tooth that broke off is an emergency.

I have been a patient for 3 yrs. This place has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I arrived to my most recent appointment which I had booked and was told I was given the first available one at the time. This was almost a month away! But alas, Somehow, an acquaintance I am very familiar with and was a brand NEW patient to them, had secured an appointment the very next day in the same week before my FIRST AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT! Worst experience ever. Confirmed my appointment and insurance 3 times over the phone, only to drive 45 minutes there for my appointment to be told they don’t take my insurance. Waste of time, money, and gas. They told me THREE TIMES that they take my insurance. But nope. Don’t go here. They’ll just jerk you around.

RecommendedEveryone was very pleasant and friendly at the Aspen Dental on Marketplace in Onalaska, WI. Had Xrays done and molds taken for new denture. Everything was explained, what my insurance would cover. The Dr. was very patient when I had a panic attack, and pulled the mold out of my mouth and jumped out of the chair. I have COPD, and it felt like I couldn't breathe. So she had to do the mold over again. I used my inhaler and she waited while I settled down and was able to do the mold without any more problems. Information and dental work was good. However had several delays from appointment time, to in between x-rays and dentist. Back was starting to hurt waiting in the dentist chair for so long. Need to work on keep patients moving thru the process.

got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday. first getting there was great. signed it and paid the bill and sat down. waited probably less than 20 minutes. I get back there and talk for a bit and wait. she gets in and we start going.. shes numbing my gums.. then some other lady comes in and started talking to her about ANOTHER patient while shes working on me and is distracting her so when she turns back around she sticks me on the outside of my cheek by my lip.. waiting for a sorry from the doc or assistant. nothing. so okay more ... read more
Get someone in there that knows how to make dentures, will do what I ask for, like white teeth instead of yellow, make them so they match both the teeth when together and the fitted part. Mine don't match, the uppers are too big and don't stay up, the lowers hurt so much the pain is unbearable and I have to do the grinding on them with my Dremel tool to get them to fit so I can eat with them (hopefully) and keep them in. The plates are rough and feel like sandpaper and irritate my mouth something awful, the teeth don't match... read more
