My very first trip to Aspen was to see what they charge for dentures. They actually were the cheapest, of course now that doesn't always mean the best. I made so many visits after they had them made because they didn't fit right. On the one visit I had to wait for the dentist and it took forever. I don't know why I had to wait because I knew they weren't right and so did my sister. So we waited and waited and then she never did show up. The wait time was ridiculous. My appointment was at 2:30 and I didn’t get called back to to be seen until after 4. The dentist was very nice. Her assistants were very professional.

Only thing positive I have to say is that aspen dental pulled my wisdom teeth and I didn't have any issues. Since then it has been nothing but a headache. I was trying to get my son seen for 8+ months. I would make an appointment 2 -3 months out, which was the soonest I could make one, and a few days before they called saying they didn't have a hygienist. I got there at 2:45 pm no one was around until 3 then gave me paper work to fill out then other patients started coming in and no one was around until about 3:30 and my appointment was at 3;00 didn't get done until about 5:00pm ..once I got in there they treated me right !!!

My mom had to come in here for some pain with her teeth and they told her that she would need to schedule an appointment. I asked them if this was how they conduct business, when someone is telling them they are in pain they say schedule an appointment... what. The last time she had pain they told her to come in and wait for an opening and she waited over three hours in the morning and still didn’t get an appointment. They scheduled her an appointment for two weeks out. This place is unbelievable.

Had one of the worst experiences for dental care. I was scheduled to have a root canal done at 10am. Received a call asking to go later but advised that I wasn’t able to because Of my work schedule. Get to my appointment 10 minutes early only for the receptionist To tell me I wasn’t on the schedule. Then she said I was but that she was looking at the wrong schedule. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! My 80 year old uncle who is currently going through chemo treatment called them to fix his dentures because they wouldn’t stay in. At his visit they glued them in and sent him home. On his 5 minute drive home they had already come undone and thank god because had they stayed in the infection he had in his gums would have been sealed under the dentures they attempted to glue in. my husband needed his dentures adjusted while going thru radiation, they put some kinda paste on them, charged us $450.00 and they feed the same. Would not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone
