I purchased my dentures from Aspen Dental in Onalaska, WI about 11 years ago. Yesterday morning they cracked all the way on me. I went to Aspen Dental this morning at approximately 9:37am. When I pulled up, I noticed that they had a sign in their front window that said, "Emergencies and Walk-ins welcome". Wasn't told ahead that they have a minimum charge for Care Credit. Charged my card $200 for a $134 service don't think this is legal. Tell me I now have a credit
I seen their ad on TV, called to verify they took my insurance, got up there and they denied me the ad rate because I do have insurance...the ad did NOT say if you have insurance that you can't get the discount rate...they want me to pay almost $700 more than the advertised rate of $399...false advertising and insurance fraud

Took my handicap mother in to have her teeth checked out due to pain set up an appt to have 2 teeth removed i paid in advance to have it done my daughter in law took my mother back to have the procedure done the dentist started to numb her up on the wrong side for one for two they pulled 3 instead of 2 which was not what was suppose to be done being my mother is on blood thinners then they had her pay for all three extractions they sent her home with no instuctions for after care nothing i called and was told that my card wo... read more
This is the worst dentist i ever went to. My sons filling fell out the he got it. My husbands partial fell apart the day he got. They cancel more appointments than they keep. They have one, one, person who cleans teeth. Their "awards" are cracked and broken. I no longer go and will never again. Save yourself the time and money. I will be posting wherever i can, HORRIBLE!!!!
Terrible, wouldn't take my dog for dental work there!
Took the time about 30 minutes to set up appointments for my children and myself. Was referred here since my husband is active duty army. They text my husband the day before to confirm the appointment which he did. Showed up for the appointment and they cancelled it due to the fact I did not speak to a person to confirm. Explained that they did not call me. They are not military friendly and will not be going back there.
