Check your bill carefully before you walk out the door. I'm not happy with the experience my son had recently to say the least.
Arrived 15 minutes early for my daughter’s appointment as requested. Waited 20 minutes after appointment; at which time I asked how much longer it would be. The receptionist told me it would be another 15-20 minutes. Kind of crappy that they make you sign a paper stating you won’t be 10 minutes late but they have no concern for patients’ time. We left and will find another dentist.
Ok, staff was pleasant. Not a lot of frills, but guess that's the point of the lower cost. I was in and out, no fuss done.
Do not use this dentist! I went in for a toothache & left with nothing but an estimate of other work they wanted to do on other teeth. Got a second opinion today, found out my mouth is indeed infected (after Aspen said it wasn’t just a couple days ago) & i need work on 2 teeth vs. their diagnosis of 6 teeth. I waited an hour over my appt time before i was seen & their bedside manner is HORRIBLE.
I took my 84 yr old mom to get evaluated for getting her bottom teeth pulled before dentures. The staff was very friendly. Mom got very upset when the hygienist gave her a dirty mirror while she was getting her impressions made. mom said she was very rough and hurt the corners of her mouth. It took her a few days for them to heal up. She went back for the extractions and told she owed more than $200. We paid 60% before and expected to pay the balance on that day. This place is a joke. Scheduled my annual routine and cleaning. After 45 minutes, finally saw a hygienist who poked my gums, told me everything looked great and to come back for my cleaning. Yes. "Schedule ANOTHER appointment" for my cleaning because her agenda was already filled up. So I took off work for nothing. Doctor came in, told him I didn't want to waste any more of my time. Went in today for an appt (I’ve been coming to aspen dental since 2013, this particular office since 2015) and they told me they couldn’t see me until I paid a $59 past due balance from June 2015. I always pay what I owe at the end of the appt on the spot so this was strange. Apparently they took x-rays when it wasn’t needed because they had already done them that year. I was then informed it was in collections. I never received a bill for it. And I never received anything from a collections agency about it. This is ridiculo... read more
