I was treated with respect and warmth like I was visiting my best friend.
My first visit; didn't know what to expect. All staff were very courteous and helpful. The overall process was explained before we started and then the costs were explained along with what my insurance would cover so I could decide how to proceed. Each procedure was explained and any questions I had were answered before the procedure was begun. I have already scheduled the follow-up appointments. Wonderful and friendly professional staff. Both my husband and I go here, and they remember our names and provide personalized service. They also are more professional than other dentists I've been to in terms of care and followups.
The $19.95 first time patient xray's and exam is only for uninsured! If you are insured you pay full price. People are mostly nice. They can work on keeping appointment times on schedule.
