I have bad anxiety and Aspen dental goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Shanice was amazing and made my first experience there great!
Such a great experience. Love how fun & casual the staff are!!! Made my teenager feel such at ease. And the financial credit I got since I do not have dental insurance is so wonderful!!! I can now afford to get my teen the work he needs done. Thank you so much to the Peoria, IL staff!!! Top notch!!
Everyone is wonderful from start to finish. The receptionist is so nice and inviting and the staff in the back is warm and professional. The assistant who treated me (Pan's ) was friendly and gentle. Big shot out to Marie! She was wonderful and sweet and helped so much! Dr.Marc Thevenin Jr so down to earth and he takes his time with his patients. I had a major procedure done and I feel great. I recommend Aspen Dental in Peoria, IL!!
I am 31 and suffer with anxiety. I went in for a wisdom tooth removal. And it went AMAZING. Mr. T is awesome I would definetly recommend Aspen Dental to my friends and Family.
Staff couldn't have been more courteous. I was taken care of quickly each visit and received more care than expected. I'd definitely recommend the Peoria office. Dr. Thevenin is amazing!
I am not a fan of the dentist. Just a fear that has been there even when I had no issues with my teeth. This facility made me comfortable and welcome. The dentist was fabulous and joked with me. Great experience. Will most definitely be back!
I started going to Aspen Dental this past summer and I've never met a friendlier staff. I don't know about the other locations, but I'm pretty sure the Big Hollow staff members probably go home with a sore faces from smiling all day. 😃 Great group of people.
