My initial visit was very good. I did not actually have anything done other than an initial check up but the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only thing I was a little concerned about although I understand why they do it, is you have to pay for your upcoming appointment ahead of time (or at least 60%). I will check back in after my next appointment :)

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Peoria on Big Hollow. I had an emergency tooth that needed pulled and I was a new patient. They got my in last minute and pulled 2 teeth, with cleanings and x-rays in under 3 hrs! That's fast for being a new patient and being last minute! I was so Happy with my entire experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone! I immediately felt welcomed as soon as I entered this establishment! The dental assistant, Luke, was an absolute joy to be around! He was very sweet & friendly. He helped me feel at ease throughout my xrays. The dental hygienist, Ashton, was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable, gentle while cleaning my teeth, & very kind.
