Over 15 min since my scheduled appointment has passed, still waiting, and another lady has been waiting over half an hour since her appointment time. When she asked about it the receptionist said she would check on it then started laughing/giggling at her. The lady said "this isn't a laughing matter" and the receptionist ignored her. YMMV but beware you may not be seen anywhere near your appointment time.

Horrible service...your not a patient that matters you are simply a consumer.there after nothing but your money I don't care about your well-being they don't care about what is to come do your future they don't care about embarrassment they don't care about how long the service as well as they don't care to explain services to you they are absolutely worthless pieces of shit

Dr. Sung is AMAZING (and the rest of the technicians) do great work. However, the front office is completely disorganized, incompetent, over charges, Brooke in billing is unprofessional, clueless, and rude, scheduler writes reminder cards for appointments but doesn't schedule them, Jeanette always seems bothered when calling. Entire front office needs to be cleaned out and rehired with professional, experienced people.

I have been into the Phoenix location on 44th street several times over the past few months and up to this point I have had wonderful interactions with the staff and dentists. Unfortunately, after my interaction with the appointment scheduler, Jeanette, I not recommend this office or any Aspen Dental location to my friends or family. This place has the worst customer service. Every time you call you are put on hold for way too long. My first appointment I waited over an hour to see a dentist! I was pleasantly surprised that the dentist was so kind that I decided to give it another try. I walked in on my 2nd and last appointment and I asked if the wait would be long (since it took forever before) and the receptionist assured me that it wouldn't be. I came here for almost 4 years and used to love this office, but in the past year I've had nothing but bad feelings here. The dentist has horrible bedside manner and won't even bother to remember my name anymore. The quality of care has really gone downhill and I won't be coming here any longer.

I had my first appointment on Tuesday, July 14th for X-Rays and an evaluation exam. I arrived on time at 5:15 pm with my paperwork already pre-completed but still had to wait until after 6:00 before I was taken back for X-Rays. Disappointed and will not go back. I went to Aspen Dental as a brand new patient. The reviews seemed pretty good and I was looking for a new dentist. I had an appointment, and unfortunately I arrived 10 minutes late from being stuck in traffic. I arrived with new patient paperwork completed and in hand.
