I came here for almost 4 years and used to love this office, but in the past year I've had nothing but bad feelings here. The dentist has horrible bedside manner and won't even bother to remember my name anymore. The quality of care has really gone downhill and I won't be coming here any longer.

I had my first appointment on Tuesday, July 14th for X-Rays and an evaluation exam. I arrived on time at 5:15 pm with my paperwork already pre-completed but still had to wait until after 6:00 before I was taken back for X-Rays. The staff was very personable and I didn't have to wait long before being evaluated by both the dentist and the hygienist, but when the evaluation was complete and I met with the office manager, I was a little taken aback. Disappointed and will not go back. I went to Aspen Dental as a brand new patient. The reviews seemed pretty good and I was looking for a new dentist. I had an appointment, and unfortunately I arrived 10 minutes late from being stuck in traffic. I arrived with new patient paperwork completed and in hand. After waiting 45 minutes I finally asked if it would be much longer until my appointment. They proceeded to tell me they gave my appointment away since I was late. Which I completely understand... Totally sketchy. I went to aspen because I didn't have dental insurance and they had a free first exam and X-rays. They told me I had 4 Cavities which I thought was strange because I take really good care of my teeth. I decided to get a second opinion from my normal dentist who I love and trust even though it would cost money and I'm glad I did because she told me I had ZERO cavities! I'm dumbfounded as to how this kind of mid diagnosis could happen. They also signed me up for a credit card which I never asked for. :(
Hokey dentist!!! I just moved here and had to find a new dentist after having my last one for the last 6 years so I thought I'd give Aspen Dental (by Arcadia area) a try. I've had zero cavities/fillings in my life and my past dentist/hygienist have always complimented my teeth and how healthy they are. Aspen Dental is more concerned about profit than patients. When my husband went for a cleaning, they tried to add on things like an additional fluoride treatment without mentioning that it was not covered under our insurance or necessary. When I went, I was told by Dr. Sung that I needed "two cleanings" (without any explanation from him). When I went to the Care Consultant, she told me they would cost $300 out of pocket.
