Wow what a bunch of uncaring idiots! After going there for about a year was just going for a simple cleaning and they tell me I have to update my medical history, ok just click ok to all the stuff I had already gave them...NO have to redo a mountain of questions, which I have a bunch and PTSD in regards to all of this. After telling them I can't complete any more I was shaking and sweating they told me the computer ate all my medical history and before I have my teeth cleaned I need to complete the form. Do Not, I repeat Do Not go to this place. The "dentist" did a filling on me and my right side of my face is swollen , black and blue. I have been unable to be comfortable. I am not feeling well and I am going to see my doctor today Monday 3/27/23. The office does not answer my calls and I have no other option but to call the police and file a report. This is assault!!!

I just learned that my visit where I was seen for 10 mins after sitting 1hr+ to be "scheduled" for another appointment, closest time was 1 month out, after waiting for that month to find out that day was overbooked and can't reschedule till after the new year, yeah that cost $241 dollars. and the only reason I learned this was from a creditor talking about delinquent payments ????? take the tooth pain, it's far better than what's in store dealing with these Id 10 ts

horrible to charge me 5000 then charge 10000 after wanting to return my bottom teeth look like diseased gum showing between teeth cant ever get in they ripped me off and my teeth look bad im embarrassed to smile if they don't refund my money im calling corporates and BBB do not go there surprise here now you owe 10000 more for shitty ugly teeth I can even smile takes 2 weeks to get in

Please read this before scheduling any service at this place! I went there for my yearly exam and of course was recommended to do their "special teeth cleaning" for $1600. I asked to do regular hygiene cleaning and they refused to do so. But the worse part is that apparently I had root canal infection that was captured on the X-ray, but they didn't even mention about it! First, get some office personnel who are not rude. Second...I am a paying patient with dental insurance. My bill with you gets paid on time by both me and my insurance provider.... I called to make an appointment to continue getting work per my plan, and your office staff informed me I would have to pay nearly $500 just to book an appointment??? WTF? Terrible service for first time patients. Front desk doesn't acknowledge you when you walk in unless you're complaining about a bill and when they do it's while they're on the phone at the same time. will take 30 minutes just to be told there's "no rooms ready" when you're the only one in the lobby. Not a place to find a personal dentist just a conveniently located waiting lobby.

Please don't go here if you need a new dentist. I wish i would've listened to the reviews beforehand. Dentist and staff are nice and all, but they are literally like car salesmen as a previous review states. Came here because I switched insurances and my old dentist was no longer in that network. All I needed was a six month routine cleaning which is covered in my insurance plan, however, the treatment plan they came up with would have ended up costing me over $400 out of pocket.
