I give them a one-star because their receptionist was very rude and unprofessional but the rest of the people that work there we're great but since she's a face of the company when you first walk in and she was horrible that's why I rated 1 *

My first visit so far was way more expensive than I was expecting with insurance. It was recommended that I have all 4 wisdom tooth removed. This is a controversial recommendation that many dentists disagree with. Usually it's recommended for teenagers, not 40+ year-olds who are having no problem other than a couple of cavities. Mine are fully grown and not impacted. Statistically, the real percentage of people who have problems with wisdom teeth is small. I left feeling like some work recommended was unnecessary. I had 3 different dentists in last 8 months. Work was OK. Really surprised with huge $1,200.00 surprise bill they previously told me was covered on lmy ast visit. Will go somewhere else to finish other started work. I fell victim to clever TV ads.

I can't remember a good experience from them, and I've used them 3 times. Once for a half of a deep cleaning (painful) , twice for an extraction (painful). Got my last wisdom extracted at a "hole-in-the-wall type facility in Glendale and had no problems at all! The second half of my deep cleaning with Aspen I canceled since I waited an hour beyond my appt. Maybe they were short staffed or double booking...I don't know, but I won't be back.

I think Aspen Dental is over-rated at best! Maybe it's the Management! Sharing the Aspen Dental name - means nothing when you can't be sure from one location to the next - how you will be treated. I'm looking into a Civil Suit after my visit.

Had a loose crown. I mean it was really loose. I knew I would have to have a denture to fill the void left by the extraction of my crown of 30 years. The extraction was simple I could have done it myself but then I might have left some crown behind buried in my gums. After the extraction a mold was made of my lower teeth and newly missing tooth. Now a point of interest I did have a tooth pulled over 50 years ago. So the denture included that missing tooth. Not one dentist wo... Here is what I got for about $1,350: X-rays, ex... read more

Paid $6000 for 2 partials. I can't use them as they don't fit correct. Rubbed a sore on my gum that they won't fix. I have had the worst dental experience here.
