Biggest rip offs in the industry. The old days of used car salesmen is nothing compared to the business practice of these people. I made an appointment for teeth cleaning. At 1st they said my insurance wasn't accepted when I asked at th e time I made the appointment. The office manager came out a few minutes later and said she got the approval. I was then taken into the x-ray room and told they just needed to take some x-rays. It turned out to be a full series. My previous dentist would have gladly sent my x-rays if asked. A... read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE and I bypassed the negative reviews since I had visited them in another state before but it all makes sense now. First off I had to ignore the sewer/human waste smell both occasions I went figuring they had a sewer issue and I can understand that as I've worked in places like that. No problem. Daniel at the front told me my insurance isn't in network but they could still do "it". Someone being the person providing the service should've clarified what the "it" being offered is. The corner of my tooth was chipped and I went to Aspen to fix it. Going into my appointment, of course it was known that I'm pregnant but they decided to do a fill. The tooth chipped a month and one week after getting it fixed, however instead of it just being the corner it was the bottom half of my tooth. About two weeks later the same tooth chipped. The only reason I am giving this office two stars is because the actual dentist are great. However, the rest of the office staff I can't say the same. They will cancel your appointment and say they will call to reschedule, they never do. Do not get Care Credit, because you can only use it for future appointments or the day of. Not only did they try to balance bill me (charge me more than what the claim processed for) but I had to explain the claims to them. Took a couple months before they had the accurate total due. This place will OVERCHARGE you don't go there. There's a reason why they have such a low rating for such a big company it's sad. I waited 2 hours before I was seen not to mention they called me that same day to see if I could come in earlier. And to top it off they quoted me 3K for 3 wisdom teeth with insurance. Oh and I got a bill sent to me and I called asked to speak to the manager and the girl never sent me to her and just said ok she is busy but she said we will write that off and then 2 months later I get another bill.... read more

On 1/4/2021, i went into Aspen Dental to have 2 teeth pulled. All in all the service was good, however after getting my teeth extracted, one of which was broken, i was told that my medications would be sent to my local pharmacy of choice. Well after waiting 10 hours the day of my surgery, I was told that the prescription was never sent! Then, my wife called for me being as I was and still am in the excruciating pain, and they again told her that my prescription was sent to my Walgreens pharmacy. They are never ready for you at your appointment time. They cut my mouth open while giving me x-rays. I got to wait 3 weeks for a crown that didn't work. I came in for a 30 min appointment to be here for 3 hours. I leave here frustrated and disappointed every time. I am so serious if I could take my money back and go ANYWHERE else I would. I have never had worse healthcare in my life, when you are here as a patient it doesn't feel like you are a priority at all. 1st experience: I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning, and it took well over an hour for the dental hygienist to get me. When questioning the receptionist if I should just reschedule, she said, "no, just wait a couple more minutes." They could've easily informed me on the situation. What's the point of pre-scheduling an appointment then? Was offered no apology for the delay either. 2nd experience: I went in to get a couple of fillings done. Same thing happened with the insurance not covering the cost. I am already going to speak to a lawyer about them. Let alone they sent my unpaid balance to a collection agency. I did reach out to them to solve it before it was sent to collections and then never called me back. Terrible office and finance staff. Don't trust them on what they say they will cover. They are over charge you as well.
