Same thing happened with the insurance not covering the cost. I am already going to speak to a lawyer about them. Let alone they sent my unpaid balance to a collection agency. I did reach out to them to solve it before it was sent to collections and then never called me back. Terrible office and finance staff. Don't trust them on what they say they will cover. They are over charge you as well.

I was told that my insurance would pay a portion of the bill, then given my portion, which I payed. A year or more later I get a bill for the remainder of the bill because my insurance did not payed. Called my insurance and they told me that they refused this 'insurance portion' FROM THE BEGINGING. Aspen never actually talked with my insurance for pre approval, prior to the procedure. 0 star review. I DON'T care what procedure you need, just don't go here. I hope everyone sees this review. Do not ever ever ever everrrrr go here!!! I can't scream this loud enough!!! dentist and staff treated me like I was child. I'm a nurse (bsn) and how I was treated was incomprehensible!!! No professionalism whatsoever. This place will tell u one price and then when The service are over ur ins says we don't cover That which was never told to me! So their trying to get me to pay 292.00 for 1 tooth pulled!! So I would advise not to go to this location billing is always inaccurate!!

Buyer beware. I recently moved to a new city and was looking for a new dentist. By the TV commercials I decided to give Aspen Dental a try. After paying for a high dollar, four treatment gum disease procedure which I questioned if I would be paying any addition fees for the following three visits, I was told no, everything would be covered by the original contracted payment. Although I have never been here I guess Im responding to the reviews where people are complaining they advertise 399.00 for dentures. If you check closely to the ad it will say "per arch" probably in small print. An arch is one side of the denture. so if you are getting a full set top and bottom it is 4 arch's x $399.00. just tops then it's 2 arch's. All this being said I have not been to aspen dental. checking reviews for my husband who needs a dentist. Still checking reviews for other dentists.

The Dentist seemed to be ok but the Hygienist tried to scam me for $450 for something that my insurance covered. The front office staff did not care and when I tried to get my records......well I'm still fighting them. They say they will email me a digital copy yet after several calls and a walk in. I still have not received them. Don't know about the other locations but this one on 44th Street is horrible. Advise to go elsewhere if you can or triple check everything.

Avoid all Aspen Dental locations, this one specifically, but overall, they are not professional, just a production line of dental procedures with a revolving door of dentists year over year. They leave a lot to be desired and I will never give them my business again and my latest experience with them has pushed me over the top, so I am taking the time to compile this review. Felt like I was in a high pressure sales. Was only showing and giving me prices on expensive dentures even after multiple times of explaining I CANNOT afford that much. You advertise dentures starting at $399, Prices I was giving was no where that.
