I made a appointment with theses people for a upper plate the doctor started to pump my bank account by ordering tests that had nothing to do with the upper plate being replaced. So I never showed up for the appointment. Buyer beware.
I did get in got all the things I needed on the first visit. I was there 3 hours and they which was nice as I live 2 hours away and got 3 things done so all is left is going to get teeth pulled and dentures in place which will take place at appointment I made on days off from my job
Absolutely horrible. They falsely advertise and have had us come back numerous of times for the littlest things that could be done all in one appointment and we live about 80 miles away. Also, we were 10 mins behind and they made us come back yet again when it was supposed to be our last appointment... they aren't considerate or helpful at all. So all for a set of new dentures we've had about 5 appointments, lots of hours of missed work and lots of driving for something that could take 1 maybe 2 appointments!!!
Absolutely amazing! Great doctor and great team! My experience was the best!!
After 11 appointments and 75 days I received my new Denture's. The Doctor was late for every appt. except 1. Twice I waited over 1 hour for him. Hopefully it will get better or his stay in Sioux Falls will be shortlived!!
I called the advertised number in April and made an appointment for my yearly checkup and cleaning. We travel over 50 miles. Fill out paper work. Wait. Get called back for the xray. She say's something like your here for checkup? I said and cleaning. She says the hygienist is too busy. Then questioned did I call them directly. I called the advertised line (which is actually in NY and sets appointments for all the offices). Apparently they don't know what it's like in the office and how busy they are.
