This place is an absolute shit show! Both times my fiance has been in for his appt it has been over an hour long wait with no explanation or check in. Your office is a fucking joke!
The dentist was good but trying to get your bill straightened out is damned near impossible!!! Per my EOB from my insurance I overpaid Aspen $940. Trying to get an answer from them is a joke. I called my insurance company and was told that they can only charge the contracted rate, since they are Preferred Provider with my insurance and they charged me more than the contracted rate. Luckily my insurance will file a claim against them to get my refund back!!!
What a horrible business! Do not bother making an appointment in hopes of getting in around that time. If your appointment was at 1pm, be prepared to sit in the waiting room AT LEAST an hour past that time before you are seen. My advice...stay away from this shoddy place!!
very slow their ads are false. Dr gave me a script for antibiotic for infection and didn't note how many pills so couldn't get it filled. was leaving on vacation for 10 days so hopefully i can get by.

Went to the Aspen Dental in Sioux Falls. Last week and had the coupon for a free check up and xray and was quoted a price of $4550. for a new upper plate and a full lower plate after they remove 10 teeth. I did not qualify for their financing so said I would think about it. I asked about the $350. pair of dentures they were referring to and with tooth removal it was still $2500.
