The dentist was more than fine but the financial manager knew I had no insurance and billed me as if I did. Taking advantage of the fact I didn't know about the coupon online. And saying too bad get a coupon next visit. They billed me more than my Aspen Dental office in NY! I won't be coming back!
Terrible place to get dental work completed. A good doctor at a private practice will get you an entire treatment plan priced out for less than half of the cost of aspen. You wouldn't have to wait and the doctor wouldn't be seeing 5 patients at a time like many dental chains.
Absolutely horrible. I haven't had one good experience. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I came in for minor tooth discomfort. I had just gotten over a sinus infection and my teeth were sensitive. I was going away on a trip next week and decided to see if it was a cavity and get it filled.
