WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! My husband needed a tooth extraction. On June 10th, 2016 we visited Aspen Dental on Concord Road in East York after. The dentist, Christopher Williams, seemed to be throwing things around. He told me to translate to my husband that he was going to be feeling a lot of pressure, but that if he felt pain, he needed to raise his hand. My husband agreed and had no issue at all. Will never go back. I was a patient for two years. Office staff was different almost every time I went, which was quite often. My appointments were cancelled all the time then rescheduled and cancelled again. Dr. was very moody. He would just walk away when finished and never say a word to you. The assistants were not trained to well. Did not know what was going on. When Emily transferred that's when things went down hill. Not sure what happened to Jen but she knew what was going on too . Staff doesn't show up on time. Take an 8 am appt and just sit and wait. Pitiful. You need a new office manager that makes your employees actually come to work on time. Which is before the doors open not after.

Always a problem when you go there! Billing issues, unnecessary services, staff shortages, high staff turnover, missed appointments. I showed up today and told they called 3 days ago to cancel! I'm done with them. I don't understand how places like this are even allowed to be open. Beware of Aspen Dental!

It's a shame you guys make 0 effort to call people back. This has happened twice now. Will be going elsewhere from here on out. I should not have to call back and follow up when you said you would call us. Totally unprofessional! Not to mention, my husband was in severe pain. They gave him an appt. And went and changed it on him. Then when he called to try to get something for pain to hold him over until then, the girl said she would call back and never did. This place sucks!

Ruined my front tooth with an unnecessary root canal and crown. The crown fell out many times and has broken completely. My new dentist patched it together until I can afford to replace it. She looked at my old x-ray and couldn't understand why they did a root canal for a small cavity. It's because they compete with other offices for sales incentives..like used car salesmen.

My uncle broke his dentures and now he has to go with out teeth for three months. My mother works in dental care and knows for a fact that dentures take days to fix. Aspen Dental is known for scamming, malpractice, and overpricing. They even made my poor uncle pay $2,200 for just his bottom dentures! You could not PAY me to go to Aspen Dental in York or any Aspen Dental in general. If you want great service, go anywhere, but here. Extremely angry and saddened by the way he was treated here.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star! Dr. Williams caused nerve damage on a tooth of mine which made it necessary to get a root canal. They messed up the root canal so bad that I had to have the tooth removed! They did nothing to rectify the situation and I ended up spending over $1000 before all was said and done. The staff is rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional!
