I called AMS the first week of February because I received a late notice on my HOA dues. I reviewed my account and saw the dues were coming out. After speaking with Krista I was able to understand what I did wrong in setting up my account. She was very helpful and kind explaining how to fix the error, unfortunately I am not very good on the internet. So she explained what I needed to do so the corrections could be made.
