I got a notice from the water utility that I owed money on a bill. However I had sold the property and apparently the new owner never took over the service. I contacted the utility and they said that I needed the HOA to contact them before they'd change it. I reached out to AMS and worked with Tiana N******** who handled everything for me. Totally painless! Thanks!

I recently contacted AMS NW for two separate issues in Arbor Vineyards: clogged gutter and a tree sprawling over common area and into yard. Both issues were resolved promptly, without fuss. Thanks much to Tianna. *** *

AMS is a great management company that understands the needs of community associations. They are easy to work with, meet deadlines and have great communication with clients or vendors. The thing that I like about them the most though is the fact that they do things right. Typically, anyone can cut corners but that isn't what is always the best idea. Extremely slow response. I had to contact them over and over to try and resolve a simple issue that occurred on July 4th. Still hasn't been resolved. They tried to blame me for a garage door that was improperly installed. Quite rude. I'd stay away from these guys if at all possible.
