In working with AMS for the past year I have found them to be most helpful. When I have needed questions answered they were quick to reply. Having some issues with accessing their portal on my computer was my challenge today. Got that remedied in short order. I have also appreciated their training sessions for association board members.

Staff is great, attentive and quick to respond! Our HOA has used them for almost 4 years, management fees are fair and reasonable.
Pardella B****** helped me today with a multitude of questions I had as a new homeowner in a complex that is managed by AMSNW. She dug deep to find me accurate answers (I had received several inaccurate answers before I got to Pardella) and was thorough and did not rush me through my confusion about a variety of issues re: the HOA and utilities and parking passes, etc. I'm glad to have gotten to someone who either knew the solutions to my challenges or was willing to find out.
