AMS is unfriendly, strives to do as little as possible to ensure getting paid and has no interested in showing concern for renters or homeowners who are not board members (the payers) they are a necessary evil in my opinion as long as a board continues to contract with them. I have served as a board member on an HOA board and work in property management so I know what customers should get from a service provider like AMS

Totally dissatisfied with landscaping service at Fanno Pointe. I called because of a dead plant in front of my unit that has been there for months. When no one returned my call, I called again and was told they would look into it. Guess what? Dead plant is still there. Also, they are wanting to recoat the decks and I was told I had to remove my heat pump. As this would take 2 trips from a licensed electrician to unhook and rehook, as well as 2 trips from someone to remove and reinstall, that would cost me around $400. This s... read more

The Fanno Pointe Board has been in the processes of changing landscapers. Part of this transitions includes addressing landscaping needs this summer with the new landscaper. I contacted AMS about a number of dead plants on the side of our unit. They had been planted last Spring to replace a number of lavender bushes, which my wife particularly liked. Not only were they undistinguished but they died before Summer was over. This Spring I saw they remained dead and asked that they be removed. Tiana N******* responded and a week later the dead sticks had been replaced with large, healthy lavender bushes. Thanks, Tiana.

Association processes are archaic, and employees are rude and difficult to work with. As an owner with a property managed by this association, I find every communication from them adversarial and not at all in the spirit of partnership one would like from an agency to which my HOA pays tens of thousands each year. I will actively be pushing our board to find another service provider when this contract is up.

Met with Vice pres Michele u********* and that went ok. But it took 4DAYS to get fee info. My pet snail sally is quicker. Hope this is not a preview of things to come. SLOW **** *********
