They started out great but now they're very tainted. Members who routinely run stop signs and violate our basic complex rules seem to have an inordinate amount of power on what happens here and said they don't have to follow the safety rules like everyone else and then they seem to have the power to get AMS to ...... Charged me financially for violating a rule that does not exist. Law firm and their representatives say it does not exist. However, because they are hired to support whatever my HOA Board tells them to do, they will. Charged my account a second time-this time without notification. I found out by calling them to see what my account said.

I work with a local mortgage lender and needed to get a copy of a master insurance policy from the HOA. Jessica S****** answered the call and had the insurance policy to me with minutes. I have never had that kind of service from a management service company before. A+ effort all around.

Integrity is NOT one of their strong points. If a trait they possess at all. If you ask them hard questions they simply ignore your emails. Even when Stephanie gave me the wrong answer she was arrogant and unapologetic. Once her excuse for being non responsive was that she wrote me a hard copy letter, but, it must've been left in the printer and not got sent. Worst management company I have ever had to deal with.

AMS is by far the WORST company I have ever interacted with in my entire life. First of all, the fees they charge are an absolute scam. As a home owner I have 0 say in how our HOA funds are spent or allocated, and AMS reserves the rights to charge whatever they want, whenever they want. Their contracts make home owners beholden to their demands. Second, for the money I spend I get 0 benefit of this companies service. They answer emails at a glacial pace, they never return phone calls and they are incredibly rude. Rose T*****... read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMS!! AMS has managed our HOA for the last few years. Our community continues to fall into financial ruins due to the neglect and mismanagement of AMS. AMS does not maintain our community property, address structural concerns or repair water damages. As a HOA management company, AMS will bully a home owner when attempting to resolve an issue. Pardella B****** was extremely helpful after calling your office.. However, I'm extremely disappointed in the total lack of any response to my original e-mail that was sent on 10/31/19. Just got an auto reply saying "I am working on time sensitive projects this week. I will be returning calls and emails as I am able". Yet I never received any other correspondence to my original request, hence my need to call the office.

We can say nothing positive about AMS. We contracted with them beginning April, 2018 and fired them in October, 2018 for false representations and contract violations as follows: Attempted to charge homeowners fees not authorized in the contract: Falsely represented that they would make periodic site visits - none were done Falsely represented they would inspect and supervise vendors - none was done Falsely represented they would enforce CC&R's at direction of Board members - took action based on their own policies in violat... read more

AMS is unfriendly, strives to do as little as possible to ensure getting paid and has no interested in showing concern for renters or homeowners who are not board members (the payers) they are a necessary evil in my opinion as long as a board continues to contract with them. I have served as a board member on an HOA board and work in property management so I know what customers should get from a service provider like AMS
