My husband and I were first time home-buyers and Mike helped us out a ton. We used a program that gave us down payment assistance and got us into an amazing home for very little out of pocket. He was always available and happy to help with any questions we had. We will recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage as he exceeded expectations and did such a great job!
This is the second time that Mike and his team helping with the buying process. Mike is always helpful and respond to our questions very quickly. Even the title company made the comment that it was a pleasure working with Mike, everything is so smooth! Highly recommend
I have obtained at least eight mortgages and refis over twenty years and Theo is hands down the best mortgage lender of all of them. From the beginning, Theo was super detailed and courteous and made the application, document submission, and lock process very easy. Fees were kept to a minimum and He got me the absolute best rate in a rising rate market. I couldn’t be happier. If you want the best go to Theo!!

Great experience working with Grant, He made it happen for us dispite all the process we had to go trough, he would always find a solution and came trough at closing date, it was a flash closing !
Linda was an invaluable resource for us as we purchased our first home. She took the time to figure out the best approach for us in terms of loans and was always available when we had questions. The whole process was surprisingly easy, and I know most of that is due to Linda and her team's attention to detail and great communication. Eric is the man! I never would of dreamed of owning my own home. Eric walked us through the whole process, and was with me on every step of this journey. He made everything seem effortless, and easy!
