Mike is absolutely amazing! He helped us close early on our home as we could not extend our current lease and had no other option. Mike worked late in the evening and on the weekends to get us closed in only 2.5 weeks (our realtor calls it the miracle closing). Everything was so easy with him and I cannot recommend him enough!!!! He did everything without error or delay. Additionally, our loan has a great interest rate!
Ben was great at keeping us informed on any day to day changes. He took all the neccessary steps to keep us up to date and comfortable with the whole home buying process. The timeline of our events changed due to personal situations, but Ben was always at the ready if we needed to get something done. Charlotte's housing is very fast paced right now, so having someone that could respond and react quickly was a huge plus.

First time homebuyer, so I was extremely anxious throughout the entire process. Constantly worried if I would or wouldn't get the loan. Ben will tell you up front whether he thinks the loan will go through seamlessly or if it might have hiccups, and you really should trust him on that opinion. He answered my nervous calls asking for updates, even if I had only emailed a few days ago and there was still nothing to report. Constantly reassured me through the entire process, and answered all of my questions.
