We closed on our home March of 2016! We lost our previous home omg a short sale during ht housing crash and had been renting for 4 years, when we found Charlie and he made our dreams of homeownership a reality again! Buying and selling a house were more complicated than I had anticipated. And we were under a tight timeline to move out of our house.
