I was looking for a home about 6 years ago and after switching from lender to lender, I finally landed upon Charlie who was very instrumental in making the entire process run smoothly and seemless. As a first-time home buyer, Charlie was able to explain everything clearly so that I could understand all the terminology that seemed like greek at the time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is a first-time home buyer.
Ben Carlton was such a huge help during the home buying process! He made sure we understood all of the documentation and answered all of our questions. He was incredibly nice and willing to talk to us whenever we needed him. We were first time home buyers but we felt completely at ease with Ben being so informed and guiding us from beginning to end. We really lucked out when we found him.
Kristi exceeded our expectations from day one and made what is usually a painful process, extremely quick and painless. She was very informative and explained all of the programs that we qualified for and which would best suit what we were looking for. Any questions that I had (which were a ton) she promptly answered and put my mind at ease. Charlie Wentz was extremely easy to work with and very on top of things for his customer. He explained things well and answered every question we had even if it was the millionth one. We were happy with his service and the interest rate he was able to secure for us and we would definitely recommend him to a friend.
Keith and his team from Atlantic Bay are the BEST ever! What a different mortgage company couldn't do in 3 months, Keith and his team got done in less than 30 days and I'm sitting in my new home as I type! Keith and his team went to battle right along side of us in order to overcome the damage a different company did that almost cost us our dream, but with Atlantic Bay everything fell in to place! Can't say enough good about them!
