I've used Ben both for my original mortgage and my refinance and he's made the process very simple. I don't have to worry about the minutia and Ben just takes care of almost everything. Always able to answer questions and resolve any issues. Highly recommended.

He was always available if I had questions or concerns. he would even stay later than his normal business hours to accommodate my work schedule. I was referred to Charlie by my colleague for my first home purchase in December 2015. Charlie took the call and immediately got to work. In about 15 minutes I had a quote. When we made an offer on the house the sellers had a tight window they wanted to close. Charlie had the loan completed in under 30 days and we were able to close on time!
